In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in email /phone. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive in email /phone and cancellation charges would be as follows :

Less than 10 days prior to the date of travel: 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

10 to 20 days prior to the date of travel: 60% will be refunded on your advance payment

20 to 30 days prior to the date of travel:- 50% will be refunded on your advance payment

More than 45 days:- full Refund on your advance payment excluding processing fees

If you have already paid the advance, you can even reschedule the dates of travel as per the availability, Is case any unavoidable situations happens.  60 days.
